Why Barq exists
In finance, the value your system reads is the basis of a decision. A price wrong for a single second can cost more than the absence of the price entirely. Barq was born from that idea.
So instead of every system building a fragile integration over a single source that could fail or publish a stale number, we placed a platform with one API between the market and the systems, whose job is to keep the price live and correct, and to tell the truth about its state in every response, when it can be trusted and when it must not.
